Our highest package level provides you with an in-depth budget plan in spreadsheet format that includes multiple vendor and venue options based on your budget and location. It also comes equipped with a tailor-made decor visual presentation based on your direction with links of decor options for fast and easy purchasing and a detailed map displaying where and how to lay everything out at your venue. Whether you do or don't have a location and theme in mind but definitely no time for extensive planning, E Squared will do the leg work so you don’t have to. Specializing in budget friendly events is our forte. E Squared was created for busy individuals that want throw top-notch party's while fully optimizing their budget, without having to spend weeks or more locating and contacting various venues, vendors and decor. All packages are tailor made based on your specific needs. E Squared can provide you with one or all of the below services to ensure you have the event of your dreams without all of the hassle and stress, all done virtually and while in the comfort of your own home!

HOW IT WORKS

Choose the package that best suites your needs. Packages are listed below based on level of service.

Step 01

Book the service of your choice. Provide us with a short description of what kind of event you are looking for and we will contact you for your free video consultation on the date and time you select. A link for a Zoom conference call will be sent to your email. If you do not have Zoom let us know what video conferencing service you have on the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate. Don’t see exactly what you need on 1 service level and need a combination of services? No worries, just choose one of the service levels and  lest us know your specific needs during your free consultation.

Give us the deets. Gather any details you may have regarding your event prior to your appointment so we can discuss during your free consultation. Your requirements/ goals will allow us to provide you with the most accurate quote and guidance for your dream event.

Our basic service will provide you with a theme for your DIY event. Weather you already have one in mind or not,  we will work with you to come up with your dream vibe. Upon your theme approval we provide you with a visual presentation (vision board) of the theme. The presentation comes equipped with links of all décor listed so you can easily purchase items on your time. It even comes equipped with instructions on decor you prefer to DIY at home for a budget friendly special touch.

Our mid service package does all the heavy lifting and includes the logistical tools you need to throw your DIY event. This service provides you with a budget plan composed of multiple venue and vendor options of to choose from based on your location and budget requirements. With the details provided on this budget you can easily decide which option is most suitable for all of your needs. Maybe specific vendor location and product availability are must haves and shifting funds heavier to those areas make most sense; the budget will provide a birds eye view of all options so that you can select whatever plan works best for your needs. The best part is upon your selection we can call and book your venue and vendors for you. Want to host a party at your home and don’t need a venue, no problem. Your budget will come with various options for everything you need to host your event at home. Save time and money with our easy choice spreadsheet that allows you to eliminate the hassle of searching and calling dozens of vendors for the best quotes and service.  

Our highest level service comes equipped with all the services of both “décor” (theme creation and visual presentation with décor links) and “DIY” (budget plan with multiple venue and vendor options for selection) while also providing you with a detailed layout guide that outlines placement for all of your décor. Provide us with video and images of your venue and we will create a guide that allows you to easily set up without all of the hassle of figuring out how to lay out decor in the most visually appealing way.
